I added this to my favorites yesterday, but didn't have a chance to comment. Doing that now.
Really dig this oneI have to admit, the odd dimensions of much of your work throws m off, but I like that. It's very unique, without being outlandish.
I find it very odd how something with so many seemingly broken, abstract hapes and so much dark coloring can feel so warm. I definately think it's the soft, flowing lines, and the use of red hues that makes your style so significant. You are one of the very few artists I have seen that consistently conveys a feeling of comfort through surreal images.
I still haven't decided on the vertical lines that break the comp up into sections. It's a great idea, but I think cutting down on the lines, and not making them so wide, would do a lot for the composition as a whole. It seems almost too separated the way it is now.
Overall though, beautiful. Everything here is something not entirely out of the ordinary, but approached from a different angle. So much personality here, it's one of those pieces that leaves you thinking, and then going back to reexamine. Great job
