Ability: Intimidate - lower's the Attack of all opponents by one stage when the ability-bearer switches in (including the start of a battle).

Water Absorb - A Pokémon with Water Absorb heals 1⁄4 of its maximum HP when hit by a Water-type attack.

Hidden Ability: Justified - raises the ability-bearer's Attack by one stage when hit by a damaging Dark-type move.

Explanation of Design: Original Concept & thought process about how Growlithe and Arcanine are known as a Legendary Line but doesn't show it. So a Neonian Growlithe comes through the Ultra Wormhole and leaves its mark in Neous. Arcanine's design has some influence from Beta Suicune as well!
