This is a new pocket watch case, the insides of which I gutted and replaced with vintage & antiqued wristwatch & pocket watch parts...everything from clogs to gears to clockwork Rubies. All this is housed behind the glass at the back of the case.Flip it around and you'll find a chipped antique porcelain pocket watch face which I enveloped with a high gloss clear resin. On top of that I attached part of a face plate taken from an antique pocket watch. I added gears and screws below and above said face plate.
I used a heavily weathered face plate and components because although the insides are immaculate, I wanted the rest of this to look its age.
