Trying to push the common praises aside, I simply love my Sapphire in your style. You made her look so cute and yet, all at once, serious, like the adult Inkling that she is. I love how skeptical and suspicious she looks, as she's not even looking straight ahead. That also fits her personality well. She can be so aware of her surroundings that she can accidentally forget the reason she was even there at all, heh. I could go technical and say how the coloring, shading, and lighting are all just phenomenal, but I won't, because that doesn't even need to be typed down to express how much I love this and how much I wish to thank you for what you've done. ^^

Well, I do seem to be talking to Indorak more now, mainly about Splatoon, of course, heh. XD But thank you for introducing us. She's so kind and awesome to me already! I hope to be more than just acquaintances someday soon. ^^ Nah, nah, I'm no artist, bleh. In all honesty, I wish people would see me more for my literal writings rather than my visual drawings. Oh yeah, your current icon. I'm glad you even used it! That's too kind, sis. X3 hugs I still think I is no art-teest. X'p
Actually, Sapphire is more-so a kuudere, I guess, but she has some qualities of a tsundere. Though, unlike a kuudere, she can get pretty emotional, but only when provoked extremely. As a part-tsundere, she can quite impatient with others, and her temper can lose control, also when extremely provoked. So, actually, you're not far off! XD

I noticed like in her Status Update about her experience from Splatfest. I love reading comments like that. ^_^ No problem! When I only met her like a day or two, she already drew me Kichona! Indorak's too cool and awesome! 
I know you have more confidence in writing than art, but be a little confident in art. Okay, our strength and weaknesses are very much swapped. I'm not very confident in writing, heh. XD However I can say this, I REALLY LOVE your drawings.
Ooh, Sapphire's a kuudere! It sounds a bit like the word, "cool" - "Cool-dere" lol. XD I see why. She acts cold, and emotionless so she doesn't want to interact with many people as much as possible and gotten used to the harsh world she is currently living in. But she does care deep down. So...she doesn't like impatient people and lose temper easily...? Tempting.

(That's a reference to one of my Splatoon stories that I have yet to upload, bleh.) She cares more than knows, especially for her friends/family. The only relatives that she really has are Aunt Azul and Navy. Sapphire doesn't lose her temper for the small things. That doesn't mean that she doesn't find those things annoying. But if you ever manage to p*ss her off, duck for cover. X'D

X’D I honestly don’t care if someone draws my characters in their own style, but yes, as long as the drawing still looks like my character, in some way, you know. I’ve been wanting to draw and write and all that, but I don’t have a lot of time. And not to mention school, which will be coming up for me, and that SAT test coming in August. Ugh...I’m just busy, sorry. ^^’
Yeah, Sapphire views her friends and family “in color,” I guess you could say. But the world, she views in gray because of how dark it really is, how cruel it’s been to her. It never gives her a break. X’3 Aunt Azul is still alive, yes, luckily. But she’s old and lives by herself because Sapphire moved to Inkopolis, far away from Cascade Rim. Woooooooooooow, how? XD HAH! What I love most about this icon drawing of Sapphire are the colors. ^_^

When writing, it's difficult to make sure that stories won't have any plot holes and overall make sense. I honestly haven't been making any progress at all after my vacation, procrastination and lack of motivation really gotten to me lately in August. But at the very least, personality/bio/Comic Part 2 are more or less finish. ^^ Though still have to work more on Kichona's background. I think I also should work on Kichona's personality more, the way I portrayed with her is so inconsistent. She doesn't act like a shy squid in my work, I'm guess I'm still figuring out more about her. XD Heh, with our powers combine, we're the master artist x writer team! idk. Any story, no matter how logical you make it sound, is bound to have a plothole or two in it. I bet my stories have them sprinkled in the mix somewhere. XD In order for one to make sure they have less plotholes in their stories is practice, pure and simple. You can't get by without it! I was looking at Kichona and Garnet's biographies recently. It seems you've made significant process in them. You've even taken into account my advice, which I appreciate a lot. ^^ I realize college it eating up a lot of your time, and you barely have the, well, time to get going with SHATTERED Part 2. I want to see if I can help you with it, in anything I can. If you need more writing tips, especially about polishing a story or character, let me know. Those are my areas of expertise, or so I'm told. (Also with "an excellent use of adjectives and describing hidden details," also so I hear. X3)

Hah, I do seem to upload a deviation at least once per month, I just noticed that. X') Well, you already know that we moved into the new house a few weeks ago. I really like how cozy it is here! So peaceful unlike the busy street I once lived on. Though the frequency of these police helicopters is unsettling. The SAT test? I guess it went well. I mean, I passed both subjects of English and Mathematics, though I obviously surpassed in the English subject and not so much with Math. I remember right after taking the test that I got sick and felt terrible for the rest of the day. :<
I would totally draw a picture of Sapphire and her friends as the only ones colored in a seemingly gray world to invoke symbolism, but I can't draw anything even remotely as complex as that so I won't. sad face :'< Sapphire's aunt, Azul, doesn't keep in touch with Sapphire, and neither does Sapphire to her aunt. They both decided it would be best to cut off communication between them for the others' safety. Now where have I heard that before..? :/

I'm still working on them. ^^ Oh gosh yeah, college is pretty busy. I might be more busy next semester but we'll see. I don't wanna go back again, too much work. :< I have several motivation to work on the comic, I'll try to get that done as soon as possible if I can. You'll help give me tips? I wanted to improve my wordings/sentences/vocabularies/etc. or "excellent use of adjectives and describing hidden details", yeah I always wanted to write something like that. I like to have my written style to be something how you write your story. I was amazed how you can write them with so much meaning, and even explaining such simple action held so much depth to them. Very descriptive and favourable. I definitely didn't read enough books, and I learned...very slow when I was a kid (I have a learning disability but I'm improving, getting there ^^'). I think maybe for now, if you spot any grammars in my sentences in this comment for example, if possible, let me know how I can fix 'em. :>

Symbolic and abstract drawings are difficult. I think they're easier to do digitally. I would look up for inspirations and references if we can try to go for symbolic message. Anyway, one day when you draw frequently, you can draw only Sapphire and her friends in color but the world as colourless grey someday~ Sapphire doesn't keep in touch with her aunt to keep each other safe? I definitely heard of this before, too familiar... X'')
