Description "Sic semper proditoribus."

A lone Makuta Dybbuk walks through the shadowy halls of the Brotherhood's Palace, only to stop to study five Kanohi masks fastened to the wall. All Makuta and their servants know these masks well; these are the masks of the five Loyalists who initially sided with their former leader Miserix when Teridax announced his plan depose him and to overthrow the Great Spirit Mata Nui.
One of them, the Akaku-wearer named Vernaat, has his name preserved in the history books because he never backed down from his choice even in the face of impossible odds, a trait Teridax respected and rewarded with a quiet, quick, and painless death.
The identities of the other four have been erased, for they attempted the easy way out and defected Miserix upon seeing how hopeless victory over Teridax is. Teridax regarded this display of cowardice with utter contempt and disgust and ordered these four not just to be killed, but truly broken. Their tortures were dragged out over thousands of years. Unproven rumors among the Brotherhood suggests that at least one of them was still alive after the end of the Iron Genocide 30 millennia later.
