Well i kind of went crazy with CGing this but I wanted to try using more brushes and techniques than just plain and boring paint brush. So I used the smudge brush! I like the effect of it!
I know the colours don't suit them.. but i wanted to do it anyways! Done in PSP8, smudge, paint and air brushes, and pen tool. *-*
Edit: I know these are the wrong colours, I just wanted to see how it would result. (This is a new CGed product of my old original drawing)

I agree, the blue isn't that bad! I'm glad they went red over Pink though

Thats cute. ^^ The blue actually doesnt look that bad, but a yellow and white uniform would give me a headache. o.o
