A little eyeslot can convey a looooot of emotion.
I always liked how Kosh (the only Vorlon in the show with a moral compass) always took the humans and other races in stride whenever they bugged him. He only ever got mad when he was afraid, which I thought was cool. Cooler than Ulkesh/Kosh 2, anyway. XD
