I was about to cry in happiness when I saw a person who brought a hawk at the medieval fair... and even let people pet her. I always wanted to hold a bird of prey (since I saw LadyHawk as a kid), but of course I respected when I saw their owners ask people to do not touch their babies. She was much lighter than I expected, and very calm while I was literally fangirling over her. I squealed in happiness only after I let her rest back on her perch.
