And - I don't know how familiar you are with the techniques of a metalsmith. Otherwise you might face a lot of text you don't understand.
The biggest problem is that you need a real working place and a lot of heat for soldering as well as the right tools and materials for it. That's nothing to be made on a living room table, so I'd like to know how much you know.
