Some of you might heard what ticci toby's creator (he's Instagram account is "Grisgrisdoll" and maybe devianart too?) said a few days ago, technically he didn't say we can't use toby as a creepypasta anymore, but I can tell he wanted to, is just there's nothing he can do, since people don't listen and most likely will start attacking him 😭So I thought it would only be right for me to at least respect his decision. Start from now, I won't draw toby and clockwork (yes she's out of the fandom long ago 😔) with creepypastas anymore, I will still draw them separately if it's needed so don't worry 👍
I actually wanted to draw this right after I heard of the news, but I couldn't because I was studying for the exam 😂 so here you go, I made it looks like they both are going for a long trip. It's probably a bit late for me to post this but still, a goodbye drawing I made for them two. 😭🎉
Please, please don't go bother the creators about their decisions, they have been through a lot, and the least thing I want to do is making another bad impression about creepypasta to them again. You can still draw them if you want, it's just I decided I'm not going to put them with creepypastas anymore.

Man it’s been a hot minute since I’ve interacted with this fandom. Though I can safely say that the most impactful “mainstream” stories (pardon the term haha) that come from the Creepypasta community are Ben Drowned and Ticci Toby, at least for me personally. I’m honestly pretty happy to see that the creator would prefer Toby no longer be considered a Creepypasta. He’s a good character that deserved better, and I’m glad authors are starting to take control of their creations.

A lot of toxicity went down. However, Kastoway said that you can use the CP Toby in CP, but don't use their rebooted/updated version they plan on making in Creepypasta. But we can draw/use the old one in Creepypasta as long as Credit is given. If you want to that is.

I'm confused about this. People are saying that Kastoway said we can still draw the old version as a cp, just not the rebooted version if he makes one. can someone clear things up for me? I love Toby, and while i want to respect the creator's decision I want to do so knowing the full situation (I've known Toby as a cp for a very long time so it's kinda hard imagining him as not being one). I've read the tumblr post that's linked in the comments but the way they have it worded just confuses me more.

I guess they can, but not in the creepypasta fandom. Toby is not a creepypaste public character like Jeff or Slender, he is an oc from someone, and that person doesnt want him on the CP fandom anymore ^^
