I really didn't understood what happened there, but after reading a few interpretations
I guess I got the point. It's quite a paradox! Madoka's wish was to make everyone happy,
while Homura's wanted to be with her always. Quite a selfish wish, isn't it?
So Homura imprisioned Madoka in her own world [ or something ], and became a god herself, because, well, Madoka was a Goddess in the first
place xD Who could handle down a god? Another god ofcourse!
I really wish they would make another movie where everything somehow settles and everyone is happy...
OR they could make Madoka beat up Homura and escape, I would be also okay with this kind of ending! :'D

But even though Homura is selfish, that's what she is she loves Madoka and for anything she would even go against Madoka's own will to be with her, because she loves her~
Love can make people do selfish things~ But I hope that Homura gets to be with Madoka forever while Madoka makes everyone happy~
Its not wrong not to share her with others, but you need to differentiate between clingy andΒ taking away her freedom~
If she wants Madoka all to herself, but isn't prepared to give herself all to her, then Madoka should give her nothing~
But Homura deserves some credit though, I mean, she sacrificed her soul to fulfill a promise to Madoka~ Madoka was selfish to ask for that wish where Homura would go back in time and prevent her from being tricked by Kyubey~ Homura did her best to fulfill that anyway~
Just cut Homura out some slack, I mean, I like Homura and she gets a lot of hate for this, and so,yeah~
