This was the only episode of One-Punch Man I've ever seen, and you've made her look amazing. Youthful, beautiful, displaying fierce will that overpowers her deceptively slender form. And yes, of course, that dress does an awesome job emphasizing her fantastically sexy curves, leading the eyes to her long, beautifully detailed legs and also making her understated (yet not undersized) breasts more noticeable.
Her face is quite pretty even with that hint of anger in her contemplative expression. Her great hair and that lovely gown flow nicely in the wind too. Terrific job on the city, nice distance effects where apparently she's already been, and great details nearby. Thanks for the awesome views all around.

Actually in one of the manga (the fight scene between here and saitama) you get a full shot up her dress and see puffy bloomers. Sooo, she does wear panties.... some times. All be it she was in sassy kid version. Though even if she does not were bloomers or normal style panties. It does not mean she is not covering up. She could have tape style or strapless style panties. Which would easily explain why it looks like she has no undies on.
Though admittedly! I rather imagine she goes full commando.
