Fanon abilities:

Impressive biology: Nothing is going to poison this beast and totally immune to radiation, acid, and diseases. In fact it can eat most, if not all, of those things. Best demonstrated when it took a couple of bites out of Hedorah with no ill effects.
Impenetrable armor: Gorghadra's armor is mostly impenetrable to most conventional and kaiju firepower. It no sell the specium beam, the Atomic Ray, and Gamera's fireball. It can be damage if it has sufficient amount of power behind it. Best exemplified when the Spiral Heat Ray managed to break through it's crest.
Command Abilities: Despite the Kaiju's brutish nature, it has some tactical intelligence on commanding its minions. It deployed them to staggering effectiveness against the GDF army during their first skirmish.

Regeneration abilities: Has some form of powerful regeneration, though only heals when outside of combat and in a safe location.
Insatiable hunger: Works differently compared to the human definition, the Planet Eaters just consume everything in their sight in their desire to feed their gluttony, though it doesn't give them pain or a powerful distraction. More like a motivation to keep them eating everything in sight.
