Description     Sent to Traverse Town as part of the Monster Exchange Program, Blair is a friend of Ash, Molly, and Kohaku, though she enjoys messing with them. Seeing as the exchange program requires her to share a house with a local, she lives with the Ketchums, seeing as Sango wouldn't let her in her house.

I got the idea to add her after seeing this.
