Hello there!
I really like this, the equestria girls shape is pretty hard to get and this is almost perfect. I think that the eye color is really good also, but the shape is off. The cheek is a little too big for this type of eye, making the face look inaccurate. You need to find a balance in shape of everything, even if that means changing the one thing that you like in the drawing. I think the hair is pretty good, and the way that it looks like it is blowing is really cool. The color is nice, but very streaky. This brings me to a huge topic. Don't use markers. If you are going to draw on paper, use colored pencils, or paint. Markers are useful for things like shading, but only a little. The face itself looks striped. The shading on the side is barley noticable because of this, so it won't look as nice.
I hope to see more of your art!

Right off the bat, I love the way you outlined Rainbow Dash's headshot. You decently replicated the way her hair looks in the movies, and it screams badass. I also like the way you drew the microphone. However, there are a few criticisms I would make. First of all, I would advise you to be more careful with your coloring. You do a good job with dying her head, but try to spend too much time on coloring certain areas, because as you might notice, some of the colors overlap, and appear to be darker than other areas of the drawing. Second, try to find a lighter color of blue for Rainbow Dash's skin. I'll understand if you were stuck with a darker color, but I'm just saying that it would've been more appreciated. Other than those flaws, I like the way this drawing turned out, and the effort you put into it shows. Keep up the good work, my friend!
