Description
Meet the very first of the tiny flower animals - the sleeping flower rat. This little one sparked the idea of a series of sleeping animals decorated with colorful blooms. My initial design decision was to sculpt all of the animals in white clay so that the vibrant ink colored flowers would pop. I was originally going to make them all sleeping as well, but that idea was set aside as the series developed.

✪ Materials: Cosclay and Premo polymer clay, alcohol ink, microbeads, acrylic paint
