The best robot ever.
It was fun drawing Mettaton's Genocide Run counterpart. His hand is behind is back, symbolizing him flicking his switch before the battle begins. Funny how this originally began as a picture of Undyne, huh?
I started drawing Undyne, and then scrapped the idea and started drawing Neo. He is fabulous, and semi-psychotic! (Undyne coming soon...probably)
