Probably my last submission for the year. I'm on a Starcraft kick for some reason... always been a big fan.I actually recorded my process on this one, I'm trying to put a video of it together and upload it to U Tube. We'll see how that goes.
Photoshop CS3 and Wacom tablet.
EDIT: tightened up the illustration and added a few things.

Scary looking hydra you got there. Almost looks a bit Predator-ish.

It has alot more teeth then i remember lol. THis looks crazy. I like the fact that you made the Hydralisk Look alot more rugged than others do. They make it look like it has shark skin rather then a scaleish type skin.

I've always thought of the Zerg as more bug-like, armor plated nasties... thus the three eyes as well.
