To be honest I'm not the biggest fan of the Christmas times. You have on the one hand the Martha Steward Christmas which everybody wants and on the other hand the (often) poor reality. Instead of a contemplative time we hunt for Christmas gifts and when the family finally found the table we dispute with each other. In most countries the weather is horrible during the times and the „Christmas Blues“ is on the hunt for victims but this year I want to kick him in his „hohoho“!
Science proofs, that pictures of cute cats can bring happiness so I made an Adventca(t)lendar.
Everyday you will find an picture full of cuteness and when the Christmas Blues knocks on your door stab him with cuteness and he will vanish! Kitten are a wonderful antidepressant without side effects Have fun

This thing with the December kitties reminds me of Christmas Candy Calendars (box of candies with number on each) , where for every day of December you have a different chocolate candy  until the day of Christmas.
