*Updated*Alright! I'm back with the second chapter! I apologize for the wait. I had a few other projects floating around my brain. Had to do them first.
Ty Lee's pink aura:=
She has learned how to energy bend. Yes, she's now a bender, energy bending. It can only be done by a select few who have become spiritually enlighten. Who possess above average understanding of the body and chi. Aang has been her mentor. That's why we see her in lotus. (Ty Lee style). She was meditating..trying to anyways.. But who can meditate when Sokka is in the room??
I had to cut this from the comic but I still wanted to add it here. I might do a spin off Ty Lee comic if I ever get this one done.

Really? I always thought Ty Lee had that "something special". In my story, her energy bending lets her weaken enemies. (even more than she could before) But she can also restore and improve the energies of her allies. She has also gained a new ability of reading peoples energy. If they are excited, sad, or even lying. Kinda like Toph. (but not the same way she does)But she can't take away the ability to bend. That's Spirit Bending, an Aang specialty.

I definitely like Ty Lee a lot more than Mai.
In fact, I like Azula more than Mai.
I like all the characters more than Mai.
Anyway, what you're describing- at least the part about being able to tell when people are excited or sad, aura sensing, is actually a pretty well documented ability, you know.

Your right but Suki won't let that happen. Sokka always is so quick to offer up someone else to save his own butt. Just like "Serpent's Pass" when he offered up Momo as a "sacrifice" to the serpent. XD (tho I don't think he is ever serious)
