From the Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 Monster Manual (as well as all other editions of D&D), my color rendition of a Mimic.

Lots of artistic liberties with this one. This one was actually a quick doodle that I liked so much, I inked it and colored it. I never liked the idea of a Mimic having no legs in any form, so legs it got (when it's not busying mimicking, of course). I also found mimics were portrayed (by most) as having super sharp teeth, yet their 3.5 stats have no bite attack. Big teeth, but they're blunt.
