Description
Here is a Sympethetic Twill from the Leven Thumps series.The Sympethetic Twill are creatures who live in Foo: They are about knee-hight in size and usually wear knitted garments.
I have been wanting to draw a Sympethetic Twill for ages after reading Whispered Secret. My drawing is different from the one in the book, mostly because the eyebrows of this Twill are small enough so that you can see his eyes.

They're some of my favorite peoples in Foo. [^^] I was a little... a tiny bit... dissappointed in the picture in the book because it didn't show the Sympethetic Twills' eyes. It shows their eyes covered with huge eyebrows. And I remember that Obert Skye put a lot into describing their eyes. Other than that, though, I think the illustration was good.

Thank you! [^^] I like Sympethetic Twill, too. I didn't really like exactly how the illistration pictured them, though. I mean, it was OK overall, but Skye put a lot of description to their eyes, and the eyes of the Twill in the picture were covered by his monstrous eyebrows!! So I made my own picture, mostly like the one in the book, but slightly tweaked.

I would like to send Obert Skye some of my fanart to see what he thinks of it (it's always nice to hear what an author thinks of fanart, I think.) but I think I want to make a few more pictures before I send him any links...
Maybe I could even carve a little figure of a Sycophant, or something!

Hey, thanks! The artist who drew the pic in the book probably had TONs of other books to illustrate, though, so I wold imagine that he didn't have as much time to spend on the thing as I did.
