Princess Tutu is one of my favorite anime of all time! It's such a unique series, in just about every way!

By about... seven years wasn't it? I love both but I think people tend to write off Princess Tutu because... well, it's name is Princess Tutu, most people would immediately dismiss a name like that until they tried it... and somehow the story was more compelling somehow. Heck, I even made my youtube account to specifically watch it because I was getting sick of the "ages fourteen and up" restriction

Exactly, and it keeps an interesting balance of trope from fairy tales, ballet, anime and some horror (looking at Mytho's behavior and the crow/raven transformations in season two).
