My friend was showing me pics of hedgehogs and I got the urge to draw a brown hedgehog with red sneakers attacking a creepy old scientist dude. I didn't go with my original sketch, which I think may have been more dynamic, so I may go back and revisit this topic later.yes, I did consider making the hedgehog blue... but I think I like him this way.

My original sketch had him in a robot flying orb thingy. In my rush to redraw it on the computer I changed things a bit. I might have to do a 2009 revisiting of this topic...

Eggman is based loosely on my buddy Les, except Les never looks angry so I had to make that part up. Next time I'll just break something he values and take a picture.

Hahahaha, I guess he does! I started out using my buddy, Les, as a reference. Mainly to creep him out, but then I went back and added in the moustache and made him wrinklier and angrier.
