Firstly, I very much like this piece. Sorry I don't have a premium membership to use the critique box.
Small note on expression: She looks as though she is afraid to shoot the arrow.
From an artist's perspective, her right breast (the one on the left side when looking at the picture) looks smaller than the other. I do realise that the twist in the torso can be responsible for this, but it does seem a bit pronounced. Part of the disparity also comes from how the white outer top is close fitting on the side closest to us. If we assume it follows the same pattern (which should even be more pronounced because of the twist in the torso) on the far side, then clearly the one breast is smaller than the other.
From an archer's point of view one of two things is happening: Either she is in mid draw or she is set and about ready to release the arrow. If the latter is what you had in mind when you drew her then her anchor is off. The anchor is where the hand that holds the string rests while the archer is sighting their target. If the bow is sightless (I can't tell) then her hand should be resting on her cheekbone with the index finger above the bone and the thumb below the bone. If the bow has a sight then her hand should be pressed up underneath her jawbone. Also, if she is indeed almost ready to release the arrow then her head is turned the wrong way as she is looking directly at the viewer and yet shooting off to the side.

(I honestly have no idea what one is like, so it might be way off) XD
Style: Amazing! I love the way you did the clothing; it make her seem gentle, yet she is about 2 stick her arrow in you! XD I could stair at this for hours, because of the bold and magnificent details!
Character: She is Angel, isn't she? XD The hair is very well done! Its interesting that you can make the clouds slightly reflect on the wings. The heart headband was a good touch, too. My favorite part of her are her bright blue eyes! 8D
overall: The clouds are detailed. The details of the bows texture and the way the arrow is shining is fantastic. The challenging shading (like on the gloves and hair) brought your work to life!
