Oooo.....my fanart pic of Willy Wonka from the recent CATCF movie, I inteneded to do a painting look version
hee hee.... anyways..... I had tons of willy stuff on here but I took it off...but NOW you have this one to see....anyways.... what I did was do a horrible sketch of willy with my shaky hands...then I added the base color....also horrible with my shaking hands.....then I added shading with opacities, and blurring it....then I added the highlights. So here u have it.....the painted Version of Willy Wonka.
