So I decided to do join Mermay for the first time ever. And to be honest I'm really excited for it. Hopefully it will get me into the habit of drawing more often and drawing and coming up with different mermaid designs is a lot of fun ( also not having to draw feet is a plus)
And artist on instagram that I'm watching called Dreachie shared her Mermay list and I really like it so I'm gonna be using that one.
The first prompt is a honey mermaid which I think is a really cool idea, I tried to use a lot of textures for the tail so I hope that looks good.
Also I had no idea how to actually draw honey but thankfully I found this really helpfull tutorial on drawing honey -
