The Emotion Witch
~
This lovely lady of purple resides in the woods.
She is not unfriendly, she is in fact, very kind.
Her enriching personality and lovely sense of fashion entices people into asking for her services.
To ensure people don’t steal from her, she ventures out into towns and sets up sale there.
She specializes in emotion potions.
Liquid configurations that change or influence a person’s mind, and sometimes, even body.
Their rapturing swirling colors and smells in their decorated bottles are the perfect cure for an unwanted emotion or state of mind.
However, she warns, these potions must be used wisely, and you should only take the specified ounces in a sip per day.
If used too often or too much, terrible side effects can make your life worse.
She is honest with her products, if not slightly manipulative.
Her magnificent cloak is bewitched to attract customers, and some of her spells could cause harm if sold to the wrong person.
She knows this, and yet never turns anyone down when they ask for a potion.
When she’s sold her last potion, she takes her empty bag, and heads back home: to her house in the forest surrounded by lavender.

The Stone Witch
The witch of stone lives on a grassy hill in the country.
She’s often seen flying through sky, on her sunflower broom.
She mines for magic rocks upon that hill, searching for powerful and rich sediments for her collection.
Her crystals can tame bad tempers, or keep away haunting spirits.
Some bring great luck, and others great misfortune.
She uses left-over sand flecks of her grounded stones, and melts them into a mass that she later molds into great sculptures.
With her power over stones, she can command her creations to come to life and serve her. Some act as garden gnomes, others help her mine, and some do the chores.
She indulges herself in thick spell books, and reads peacefully in her quiet surroundings.
~~
The Swamp Witch
This one is a not-so-peculiar witch, for she distastes humans, and almost anything else that can speak in tongue.
Trespass upon her land, and you will surely be cursed.
She resides under the waters of a thick marsh in a dense woods.
Despite her seemingly distaste for humans, she actually enjoys the company of animals.
She allows deer to tread across her pond, watching, spell cast, underwater with her fish.
Moss dangles from her cloth; sharp teeth and horns poking out to scare away any undesirable predators.
She collects rocks, twigs, mushrooms, and containers of liquid in a bag she almost always seems to misplace.
What are they for? Why does she collect them?
She seems to trade them with other witches she has a truce with.
The witches she allows to tread upon her land (let alone through her waters) are indeed lucky ones.
What secrets does she share with them?
