Like how I linked each monk up with a sort of evil counter-part? There actually was an episode- Dream Stalker- where Raimundo was dressed up as Jack, and I never can quite figure out WHY HRB has a Texas accent. Mmm hmm.... JOIN THE HEYLIN SIDE!!!!

The voice actor of Clay does Hannibal, too. And Cyclops.
To why he has that accent...they needed an evil "ya'll come back now, ya here?" person, to balance it out...? Or they were too cheap to get another voice actor for 'im.
