I got an Emily the Strange book a day ago, and I loved it (then again, I always had a knack for simple art and gothic tone, so it's a no brainer I would love this!)I've felt that doing an animu style isn't gonna cut it to express myself, so I did both the animu and the original art, just to make sure there will be no hard feeling to those...hardcore fans. (...heh)

o3o...okay, Emily The Strange is a pop icon for a line of clothing for skateboarders, starting out as a series of stickers passed out on concerts as a freebie.
Then after she became successful, Emily The Strange began to expand on her own stores, featuring T-Shirts, stationaries, Stickers and fashion accessories.
Later, she started her own line of comics from Dark Horse, around 2005. And, as we speak, there were plans on making a movie based on this counterculture character...

I used to have a Strange Emily t-shirt a few years ago but I don't know what happened to it... oAo Probably got a bit too small... That stuff isn't the cheapest, either =u=;; I think my mom got it for me in Toronto because she said it reminded her of me :I
