The render is mighty awesome. Love the feint use of wireframe. The 2D is basic but misplaced. And the reddish orange stands out too much. Work on fixing those minor issues and the pixelation and you'll have a pretty damn awesome piece.

This was done with Xfrog. It's not even a real render just a preview, because I have no 3D package installed, just some modelers. Anyway this was no problem because I like the pixelized look of the render. anyway check out xfrog.de for the software, a great programme, and I don't know anyone here @ DA using it yet.
