I think the funny part is that only what Nyoron is saying in the second panel is in question. The first and last panels are obviously "Soldier-kun! Hey, Soldier-kun!" and "Nyoro~n" respectively.

Well not when you write it like that, but the actual in game Pyro is easy to understand... however, that's because I'm used to wearing a gas mask, so I've learned to understand them.
