It's finally finished! This was just a pleasure to draw and I'm really kind of sad it's finished

I'm happy to get a chance to see this artist's work some more! The photorealism of these wolves is astounding! I only wish you make a background for this one, maybe a creek or woods. With the stark, white behind them, some of the details are lost, almost muttled together. The fur texture is, ofcourse, wonderfully done. Their eyes are beautiful and you can see their emotion behind them. I have to ask how DO you get it to look this good? How many hours do you put into this? Are you using a reference off of google or did you snap these yourself?

Actually I'm not sure how I get it to look like this, I don't have any special techniques or something
This one took about 40 hours of work I think (didn't count though)

Now, firstly, I have to admit. This is a gorgeous piece. The way you perfectly got the fur and the overall appearances of the wolves is magnificent. There is not much to say in the way of realism and proportions, as you have completely nailed that. From the shine in their eyes right down to the small whiskers and finer details. That, my friend, is great talent. If I had to point out a few issues I might have with this piece, is the empty spaces. While it isn't required to have a background, I just feel like this piece could have had a far bigger impact and appeal if there was something to take up that space. Even if it had been something simple and faint! I would personally recommend some light water color for the background. Not something that takes much attention off the main subjects in the piece, but just enough to really make it pop and catch the eye. Plus, make it feel less empty. Everything in this drawing is so realistic. The lighting is just right, not too bright and not too dark. There isn't really a bit of shadow on it so not bad. The angle was very nice. I think you did a really good job on this artwork. The detail on this is outstanding, especially the fur. It look really good as well. What I wished you would do is improve on a background. I think it would ad a little more pazzazle to your art! The detail in the snout is spectacular and really shows where the light is coming from, it looks like a actual wold to be honest. The color of the wolf looks too accurate to only be looking like a painting.
