AMG... His clothes were hard. Why couldn't he just be in the sea in swimming trunks!? XD
But this was also my chance to make up a pirate costume!--- or look back at all those pirate films I've watched. The only tin I knew for sure was the feathers on the hat and the colours. D': I could have sworn he had a necklace. Oh well.

he hasnt been shown in the anime, nor manga in that uniform. heck, ive never seen him in it myself. i only reaslised people drew him that is because in the anime he had one little scene (the episode where frances realises oh no he aint been invited to a meeting) and you see england laughing at spain whose one the floor knocked out. he aint wearing the uniform but hes got pirate ships. and another is spain captive and england drinking tea while hes tortured in the background :'D but nothing offical from what ive seen
