SO this is some (hopefully constructive) feedback!
The whole thing is quite well done, I love her expression. Just some little things:
I think between her fingers (which are well done!) are too big gaps. Morge than a single finger seems to fit between the actual fingers. But that is okay.
The most complicated thing on that are the huge shoulders compared to her throat. Because of this a lot of elegance is taken from the picture. If the shoulders were a little bit smaller this one would come out better.
But these are just two critique points, remember this! Your piece is great and anyone who tells you the opposite is not well educated enough to sense the beauty in it.

Yea I also noticed a couple of things being off about the shoulders. I'll keep it in mind when I draw. Need some work with my anatomy haha.
Hands are definitely not my forte but I'll keep working on them =]
