3-5 years after Trespasser, Norman's team travelled first to Tevinter and then to Anderfels. Anderfels is a harsh country, the environment is demanding, the natives are not friendly, so Norman and Co resorted to some extreme measures. Becoming ghoul-like creatures with reduced needs and heightened resistance to elements and taint seemed a good idea. Thanks to A-A research, the process had become more or less reversible.

Norman is holding Spellweaver, one of his most cherished prizes from the 5th Blight. Though Norman never became good at fencing, the staff-sword was handy when doing blood magic. Also, Spellweaver is cool.
