- Kenta doesn't like to let anyone know what he's thinking. He's generally cool and collected, not eager to get into scraps, and unlikely to physically display any extreme emotion. It can take a lot to really get under his skin. That being said, it isn't impossible, and he'll let you know when he's pissed, one way or another.
- He won't ever back down from a difficult situation (for better or for worse) and danger doesn't sway him. He's not scared of a little pain.
- It can be hard for him to make deep connections with people, but when he does, he'd gladly take a bullet for them. He values his friendships above his own wellbeing, and would follow those closest to him to the ends of the earth.

- Lets most of his actions do the talking. Kenta only speaks when it's necessary otherwise, and only says what needs to be said - no add-ons.
- He doesn't want to have to look to others for his own needs. Despite being jobless and homeless, he'll reject handouts. Even when he makes close friends or acquaintances, he'll try to provide for himself.

▸Background
Kenta is one of the many children of a powerful oni called Kojijon. His mother, Tomomi (a human) was one of Kojijon's many wives. Shortly after bearing her son, she took him away to America where she raised him on her own. Kenta grew up unaware of his father's identity (although his oni roots were obvious), but hesitated to press his mom for the full story, and still hasn't learned of his full heritage.
Growing up in a mostly-human population, Kenta faced the trials of being a social outcast - his appearance frightening other kids and his passiveness making him the local bullies' favorite target. He made a few close friends through his art, and became extremely attached to those who gave him a chance - learning to appreciate friendships above all else. After his - pretty massive - growth spurt, most of the teasing died down. Kenta found he preferred being feared and fully adopted his new intimidating persona.
After a stressful battle with depression and identity, Kenta up and left home once he turned 20 with the intent to fend for himself and spread his art around (among a few other reasons). He pick-pocketed some cash - an act he still guilty for - and hopped on a bus. His wandering eventually landed him in Indieville, where he lurks around at night, decorating the sides of old buildings and stealing bikes.

■ Tidbits and trivia
- *Kenta generally goes by his tag "Oni", but will give his real name to close friends.
- **He does deal drugs, though only on occasion, and he avoids any seriously sketchy business. He doesn't do any of the drugs he sells himself. Besides weed possibly.
- He lives in a tent fort in the woods with his first new buddy, Pom Pepper.
- He has a tattoo that runs along his arm onto his chest! (Ref for that coming soon~) It's unfinished, but he left home before the job was done.
- He writes rap lyrics sometimes. He's not sure how good they are because he won't perform them for anyone - he's too shy.
- Never really interacted with girls growing up, so he's wary and nervous around them.
- He's hopeless when it comes to romantic or affectionate situations, and it really shows.

- | Luka - Much easier to be around than Dom, although being a girl, she just naturally makes him a bit nervous. She's sweet, and keeps the boys in line. She also gives him relationship advice, albeit inspired by shoujo manga.
