Najdi is a Robot Master built in Saudi Arabia for space research. Her job is specifically in regards to the viability of other planets to carry resources, water, or even life. This means she works closely with other space research robots, and is often out of orbit for months at a time. She's bright, elegant, and analytical. She's also quite sassy, playfully so with her friends, not-so-playfully with those who genuinely irk her. While she loves the glittering stars and the gorgeous colours of the nebulae, she also likes Earth for time off of work.

Her weapon, Night Star, is an ice-based weapon that sends a flurry of star-shaped icicles at a target. This weapon was an upgrade given to her for self-defense purposes after it became habit that Dr. Wily targeted Robot Masters with the intent of capturing and converting them for his army. It's also been a handy potential tool for if she were to encounter hostile alien life during her work, but so far she's been lucky in both respects. That said:

I tend to characterize her as Flame Man's younger sister, because cringe culture is dead (hence: she is 002, presuming Flame to be 001 of whatever roboticists' line they were a part of before Dr. Wily captured Flame Man and made him DWN-043). Thus, while she has been able to avoid Dr. Wily and other potential threats, her brother hasn't been so lucky. She has a close relationship with her brother, with them being playfully snarky with one another.

Najdi is named for a subtype of Saudi folk dance (Ardah).

This was fun! And an exercise in me trying to duplicate the Mega Man art style, albeit with my usual colouring style. You'll also notice I wasn't quite subtle with making her related to Flame Man, because again: hating on OCs who are siblings to canon characters is soooo 2005 and nobody should do it anymore. (Also, I liked the idea of giving her immediate family so that she had a place to fit in terms of social circle, and also, I doubt that non-Light/Wily/Cossack robots are all just one-offs and not parts of their own lines.)

I'm also going to do one of these for my other Mega Man OC, because I only really have two? Everything else I've got are redesigns/heavily headcanon-based interpretations of canon characters nobody really knows/cares about.
