Very, very nice! The shading on the skin is gorgeous. I love her hair especially--the color is very eye-catching, and you've given it a lot of volume and a nice sense of texture as well. My only critique would be to suggest that you make sure to give the clothing a little more thickness on top of the skin--I'm looking specifically at the strap going over the left (our left) shoulder. Right now it looks like it's just part of the continuous line from the neck into the shoulder, though elsewhere you've shaded the strap to look pretty thick. But that's pretty minor, and this is a really nice piece. Excellent work, overall!
