I wish I could but I have a Mac and I don't think I can get it on there. I also don't have a drawing tablet so...

I think you can get it on a Mac, but I'm not so sure ;m;
And I use to have no tablet ^^ You know, you could SCAN your sketches, then, on sai or another program, make a new layer and trace it with a line tool or curve tool and then colour it in layer-by-layer. ;o;

You don't really need to buy a mouse, I remember before I got a tablet I did everything without a mouse. ^^

Sai has a vector/lineart tool that really easy to use. But once, I remember I did a picture without the vector/lineart tool. It just takes time and practice. ^^
