Biography
Raymond Carter used to be a student at Midtown High who excelled in electrical engineering until one day during a city-wide blackout he discovered he had the mutant ability to create and manipulate electricity. As time had passed, Raymond grew increasingly impatient and frustrated with his mutant powers as they often hinder him from living a normal life, whether it'd be watching television or taking a shower. Eventually, he became one of the Morlocks after he went completely berserk defending one of the mutants, earning him the moniker "Berzerker". Years later he became one of four new mutants that were targeted by the Brotherhood. After a mishap with Toad and Pyro in the tunnels, Beast and Professor X convince Raymond that he has a better chance of controlling his powers, and his emotions, at the Xavier Institute. He took thought into it, and chose that it's the best way of insuring the Morlocks' safety. It was then he became a valued recruit to the X-Men, provided his temper doesn't get the better of him.

NOTE(s): This might actually be the very first time I've done my own backstory for a Marvel Comics character. This version of Berzerker is an amalgamation of X-Men Evolution, Wolverine and the X-Men, and a little bit of Electro from Spectacular Spider-Man.
