It's just some people assume you draw what gender you are. Like, I draw males more because I understand the male anatomy more. In fact I have many female characters who never get designed simply cause I have issues working on them.
Oh, and then there are the people who want to jump your character's bones simply cause they look amazing, not caring what the artist's gender is. XD
