You take both included folders and drop them in your \Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod folder

You're missing the bulk of your model files. SFM needs more than the .MDL file to load the entire character. At the very least you need the .phy and .vvd files as well. Otherwise the character doesn't show up when we try to load him in SFM.

Oh NO! the download only gives me materials and models. It says the addons are incorrectly installed if I put both in addons. Do they need to be in a folder together?

Seriously! Throughout the time in Brotherhood when you don't have it, I kept saying "I wish I had the duel blade, so it wouldn't be a pain in the ass killing two lone guards with haste" and when I got it I said "This didn't live up to the hype"
