Compared to "natural" Pathonoids, bioweapon Pathonoids are, like the diseases they embody, a product of Man's scientific research. As bioweapons, the whole point is for them to be aggressive -- which, unfortunately for these Pathonoids, involves being subjected to brutal experiments and physical violence by human researchers, these researchers hoping to induce aggression in their Pathonoid test subjects. Obviously, with any bioweapon project, the process always backfires and the result: A batch of very angry -- and traumatized -- Pathonoids.

Interitus (the dark-red goopy fellow) was created with genetic information from viral hemorrhagic fevers and flesh-eating bacteria. During the time he spent being held in Country N's labs, he was injected with an ungodly amount of chemicals, all of which caused his flesh to melt like wax -- the only parts that didn't melt were his bones and eyes. On the plus side, he gained the ability to control his molten flesh and use acidic body fluids against his victims. Sadistic and somewhat psychotic, he has a strong craving for meat -- especially human meat. Anybody who touches his molten body without protective equipment will die of severe necrosis and systemic hemorrhaging in mere hours.

Tacet Febrem (the middle character) is the tallest of the three Pathonoids here. During the experiments conducted on her, her eyes were intentionally gouged out as part of the process to make her a usable bioweapon. Country N's scientists carried out the deed with the reasoning that eyes would be of no use to Tacet Febrem, with the scientists intending to turn her into a walking sonic weapon (a weapon that uses sound against enemies). Relying heavily on echolocation to navigate normally, Tacet Febrem is capable of almost perfectly mimicking various sounds to lure in victims before incapacitating them with sonic screams, after which her claws finish off her victims. That said, she has a calm and casual demeanor, only resorting to violence when highly agitated (her eye sockets start to bleed when this happens).

D-3898 (the guy with the claw hand) is a fungus-based Pathonoid and, of course, a bioweapon Pathonoid, just like the rest of the trio here. Experiments conducted on him yielded nothing useful save for a mangled left hand and the ability to produce toxic spores, so the scientists decided to slap on him a set of equipment for spraying victims with his spores and on his left hand, a metal claw (it was so sloppily assembled, D-3898 keeps bleeding through the claw's cracks). As far as anyone is concerned, ever since D-3898 was retrieved from Country N, he has never had a good night's sleep, not even when no longer in the labs of Country N, which partly explains why he is usually tired and quiet, if not fairly moody most of the time. He's also fairly skinny for a Pathonoid.
