This uberheroine has appeared when the Sunflora Archipelago was founded as a third empire. She was found in a crater that left traces of sapphire and peacock ore. Having no memory and no name, she was named Misti by the locals that found her.

At first, she was welcomed by the Sunflorans, housing her in a cottage. But then was sent to Naturia overseas once they discovered Misti's ability to transform into a patapon form and a dragon form. She has since been living in the Naturia Empire under surveillance and incognito by the request of the Imperial Senate
