yes I did use MS paint. this my most elaborate peice, to date! especially on MS paint!
Oh by the way, do you know how to colour soggy paper?

hehe.. no worries... I was just doing a quick picture on which I want to use a rain tutorial I've stumbled accross. the person Is holding some kind of map, or peice of paper, and paper I presume, wil get soggy in the rain!

Hmm...well maybe you can make the piece of paper darker than it's usual color, and make the tips of the paper darker than that.
