Call this the lazy-piece-of-crap-made-after-a-night-of-christmas-festivity. I know the frames themselves are slow, and that the actual animation has problems. I mean, look at that scarf!
And it took up way too much time to make this thing.
Maybe he's standing in a snowstorm or a whiteout (yup, we don't see any actual snow though), and is just standing there, because he can, really. Maybe it's Christmas in Lorule and all is well (Lorule's triforce has been restored).
