Powers/Abilities: Batari is an excellent climber, and can use her fully prehensile tail as another hand. She is also extremely interested in dance, her favorite dance being belly dancing.
Brief Character History/Description:
Batari actually comes from a small island located somewhere off the coast of the valley. Having accidentally fallen out of a tree while playing hide and seek with some of the other children of her village, the seven year old Batari managed to catch a hold of some drift wood just as she was about to drown. Sick, exhausted, and scared to death, she did not at first register that she was drifting out to see, and when she came too, she was too far away to paddle her way back. It was a miracle that no predators found her that day, and instead two extremely helpful Okeanos Clan members found the child and towed her to the beach of the Valley, not knowing that she actually lived on the island. She was found by members of the Esuriean Clan, who took the small orphan in. There she was raised, learning the ways of the Clan and blossoming under the gentle guidance of the watchful Esuriean. She is a very friendly young woman, and she likes nothing more than to dance with friends and create beauty and tell stories with her movements. Very outgoing, sometimes annoyingly so, and always upbeat and bubbly, she tries to always see the good in things. Despite her love of beautiful things, she is entirely unaware of how attractive she actually is, and her naivety can border on the imbecilic, and her air-head personality doesn't help much. She loves pretty things, especially jewelery, flowers and cloth, and she loves to experiment with different styles.
