After not really thinking about these characters for ages, I suddenly started writing a "script" for a comic, using them. I keep saying "I hope I get to draw their story one day", and yes, I DO hope I get to draw these guys' story tooooo one day!They're teenagers living in a rather small town in the mountains, and there's not much to do there. In this random drawing I did, I imagined them going to the nearby city/bigger town to get their hands on some comics and weird books.

It depends! If it's a short comic, like 5-10 pages, I usually write out the dialogue and maybe a general description before drawing it. When I work on stories, I often figure out the scenes through the dialogue and conversations.
If it's a longer story (Like our webcomic), I usually plan the main events, then I "storyboard" as much as possible before I start drawing the pages. My storyboards are usually on a A6 format where I do rough layouts and add a rough dialogue suggestion to get a sense of what's happening on each page.
I usually never write an actual script for my own comics, but for the concept this drawing is from, I've tried a different way of working, so I'm writing the whole "script" out first, even if it's a long story! It's pretty much dialogue only and a few descriptions haha
