I'm not really a fan of any celebrities but JC became my favorite. He was the leading actor of a great movie in the Philippines, "Isang daang tula para kay Stella" (or "One hundred poems for Stella" in English) and I kind of relate on his role. He have problems in speaking and getting bullied because of his condition. He then turned to high school and he met a girl, his total opposite. She is cool, outgoing and friendly. She was also a vocalist. They became friends and he eventually fall for her. He can't bring himself to confess to her so he decided to write poems about her instead. A lot of things happened. He learned that he won't stutter if he is singing and it became his strength. They got separate ways but he still loves her. When he thought he is ready to confess and he have enough poems, 100 poems to be exact, to show his love for the girl he looked for her. He thought that there is a possibility that they could be together and they can start a different chapter in their lives. But it was actually the end of their story. The girl found love from an acquaintance she met before while JC was not with her. They were already married and as far as I could remember, she was already pregnant when she talked to JC for the last time. I shipped them from the start of the movie and it's very heartbreaking seeing them living their lives apart from each other. The end of the story was actually beautiful because JC learned to moved on and found love in the arms of his teacher's daughter. This movie given me lots of lessons. And I hope you were not confused on my summarized story of the movie LOL. Just sharing
